I have always seeked to understand the connection between mind, body and soul and I believe through my search I have come to discover a whole different way of looking at life.  I consider myself a methaphysical soul. Methaphysics as psychology are my biggest passions.  I love learning more and more about those subjects. I guess I consider myself a wondering soul!...I believe we allare in this world to seek to find our "true" identity or do things to better understand our surroundings and our selves.  Sometimes the journey may become long and take you through many different paths that will challenge your beliefs and spirit. I believe however that no matter how slow or how fast, how swift or how difficult and painful your journey is, we will all get to our destination at one point. It is not about how fast you get there, but is about how much you learned and grew in the process.

I decided to study Tantra because unlike general sexual psychology, it focuses not only in understanding the clinical issues behind general sexual concerns that couples may have but also seeks to enhance the connection between body and soul in each partner and then brings each one together ina joyful union. It using counselling skills to first heal the soul from past traumatic sexual experiences if any, and then rebuilds a healthy look an approach at self and sexuality as a whole. It also teaches techiques that enhance the sexual satisfaction among partners creating a deeper connection.  Unfortunately in this day an age Tantra is a term that has been missused/abused as well as missunderstood. As a result most people in the west seem to believe that Tantra is simply the teaching of sexual positions at best, hence comparing it with the Kama Sutra practices. People in the west forget the history of Tantra, or even understand what Tantra really is; the oldest sexual counselling service; that focuses on the spirit as much if not more than on the body. What later will be called in the west Sexual Psychology was Tantra,  the difference however is that Sexual Psychology seeks to focus on the traumas, in a clinical sort of way, it is not until recently (the last 20 years) that Sexual Psychology in the west decided to go back to its roots and reincorporate ancient tantric techniques to better helpt patients.  Tantric practices also include physical conditioning and various massage practices. It is psychology, physical conditioning and sensuality all combined; therefore covering all 3 aspects of our beings.

It must come as not surprise to you now why I also endeavor in studying Psychology.  I am fascinated by our mind and its "secrets".  I love the idea of helping people reconect with themselves through psychoanalysis and integrative therapy.  I don't believe in simply opening the box to find out what is there but I fervently believe that once the box has been opened (psychotherapy) the box needs to be sorted out (Integrative Therapy).  I admire Sigmund Freud for all his efforts and successes on trying to understand the human psyche. He developed psychotherapy as a unique approach after having seeked helped for himself and found that the psychological helped available to him at the time was limited, so he chose to help himself!. I totally respect that, however when it came to his patients he was more concern about trying to understand the why they acted a certain way and have that  be "revealed" to them.  Once the "issue" was revealed he expected the person to process, assimilate and get better!, but alas not all of us are Sigmund Freud, so his method left a lot to be desired for many of his patients,. Then comes Carl Jung, mentored by Freud, he admired his mind and techniques however he felt it was just as  important to teach patients how to get back together again, how to healthily function after dealing with the assimilation of trauma,. That is where my fascination lies; in helping people not only discover the unique complexities of the mind but also on how to take a new approach at life, a new rebirth if you must call it that.  I could write so much on those subjects, however lets remember that this is not an essay of who I am, but rather a window into my soul, so you may decide for yourself wether or not I will be able to help you, as trust /feeling comfortable with someone is very important in any type of interpersonal relationship.

My likes: I love reading on various subjects such as Methaphysics, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Anthropology, Tantra, Quantum physics, Theology and History.

A bit about my personality. I am a quiet person who can also be an extrovert.  I enjoy debating and having indepth conversations with mentally mature people who are open minded, respectful and are willing to agree to disagree!.
